Leslie Anne Ross, PsyD
With over 30 years of professional experience in wellness and trauma field, Dr. Leslie Anne Ross seamlessly combines the personal, physical, and professional perspectives to create change whether she is working with one person, a small group or an entire auditorium. Dr. Ross is currently the Director for the NCTSN Core Curriculum on Child Trauma Implementation and a faculty member of the NCTSN Child Trauma Training Academy.
She is co-founder of the NCTSN Secondary Traumatic Stress collaborative working group which focused on prevention and intervention of the occupational risk of Secondary Trauma associated with working with children and families exposed to trauma, and is the co-author of the Secondary Traumatic Stress Inventory-Organizational Assessment (STSI-OA) and STS Organizational Change Framework which assist trauma-informed organizations to build a sustainable and resilient workforce. She is also co-author of Responding to Domestic Violence: The Whole Person Approach a group treatment model for adult victims and their children and provides training and consultation on this model.
Consulting and training for individuals, organizations, small group seminars, and webinars on intervention strategies to reduce the risk of secondary traumatic stress, vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, and burnout related to working with victims of violence abuse and trauma.
